Bojoko launches Finnish-language site

Bojoko has extended its services into new territories after launching a Finnish version of its popular casino comparison site. Through this, players in Finland can now discover suitable casinos for them in their native language.

‘The Airbnb of online casino’

Bojoko has received the ‘Airbnb of online casino’ tag within the industry. Like the renowned accommodation site, operators and game developers can create their own listings. Players then rate these, based on their experiences.

Players can filter through casinos via certain criteria, along with using responsible gambling tools such as gamban.

Along with being able to navigate the website in Finnish, players in the Nordic country will also be able to deposit in its official currency – the Euro.

Bojoko Chief Business Officer Joonas Karhu has plenty of experience in Finland’s online gambling market. He worked for Veikkaus – the country’s gambling monopoly – when it was know as RAY. After the launch of the Finnish Bojoko site, he said:

“Finnish players love online casino and we see tremendous potential for operators and players to benefit from what we have to offer.

“Our concept has been hugely popular in the UK market. It has allowed operators to take control of their listings and players to leave honest feedback.

“We believe that Bojoko will be just as popular among Finnish speakers.”

Expansion, expansion, expansion

After offering a place for UK-based players to find casinos that suit their needs, Bojoko recently launched a Canada-facing website too.

The site for players in the North American country is displayed in English, like the UK version. However, players can deposit in Canadian Dollars rather than Great British Pounds.
