Kindred Group expands Unibet into New Jersey

New Jersey have received great news, as the European Sports Book and online casino operator, Unibet have announced they have now gone live in the state. This will provide residents of New Jersey the facilities to use their full suite of online casino products that they have to offer.

Unibet, which is owned and operated by the Swedish-based Kindred Group, is the first of their brands to operate in the regulated US Marker. Kindered, have announced that they also look forward to offer exceptional sports betting products through their Kambi partnership in the near future.

Manuel Stan, Senior Vice President of Kindred US said: “We are thrilled to announce that Kindred can now offer New Jersey customers a truly great gambling experience on a top technology platform in a sustainable, safe and secure environment. We have been preparing for this first and important step very thoroughly for a long time and we are excited to take another step into what will most likely become the largest betting market in the world.

“This announcement is the first one in a line of hopefully many more, since we believe in the importance of the US market. Next in line will most likely be Pennsylvania and Kindred’s strategic partnership with Mohegan Sun Pocono. Kindred has always put the customer at the heart of our operations and ensuring that they can enjoy gambling in is crucial for us.”

2018 saw the Kindred Group obtain a Casino Service Industry Enterprise License in the State of New Jersey, which was alongside the Hard Rock Hotel and Casino, who are based in Atlantic City.

Over the past 12 months, Kindred Group have ensured that their affiliate marketing partners, are only promoting those iGaming Properties in the US, which have the respective and necessary regulatory licenses in the US to enable them to operate.

Meanwhile in the UK, Unibet has confirmed that it will integrate Gamban’s blocking software into its self-exclusion process, making it the first UK bookmaker to do so.

The extension to the partnership between the Unibet and Gamban will ensure that all Unibet customers have unlimited access to Gamban software free of charge, courtesy of Kindred. It comes as a bid to further help customers access the self-exclusion tool on the Unibet website.
