KaFe Rocks has announced its first-ever acquisition of an existing affiliate.
Announced in a post on LinkedIn, the company has brought on Online-Slot.co.uk and BestSlots.co.uk.
Through this deal, KaFe Rocks will gain access to compliance tools and also continue to grow its UK presence.
Building on its growth
The news continues a big week-or-so for KaFe Rocks, which also tasted success at the 2020 iGB Affiliate Awards. In London on Friday night, it won ‘Best Newcomer: Affiliate‘.
Tim Tepass, CEO of KaFe Rocks, shared his thoughts on the acquisition of Online-Slots and BingoSlots. His words were as follows.
“We’re extremely pleased to make our first affiliate acquisition, in the form of the team behind online-slot.co.uk and bestslots.co.uk. We were really impressed with how they’ve established themselves within the market whilst putting some great compliance tools at the heart of their efforts – we now look forward to working with them to take the assets on to the next level.”
He continued with the following.
“This acquisition compliments the strong internal growth that KaFe Rocks has shown, and sees us take a much stronger position within the UK market, whilst bringing in a team with an incredible knowledge base that will no doubt add value to other assets within our portfolio.”
A domestic and global focus
Founded in 2018, Malta-based KaFe Rocks has become a prominent affiliate in the UK market. However, it has also spread its influence to other corners of Europe.
In total, the company operates in over 20 countries and eight different languages. These include English, German and Swedish.
