Working on enhancing user experience

These new updates come not long after Income Access won the ‘Affiliate Software Supplier’ accolade at the 2020 EGR B2B Awards. Last November, the company announced a single sign-on feature alongside updates to its server-to-server event relay system.

The company developed these updates with three key benefits in mind. The first was improve the aesthetics of the reporting form and grid. Through modernising these, page readability has been enhanced.

Alongside working on how things look, Income Access is also aiming to make the platform more user-friendly. This has been achieved through updating existing controls in the user interface, in addition to the introduction of new features.

Responsiveness was also a focus area when these updates were being developed. Income Access’ reporting tools have now been better-optimised for both mobile and tablet use.
