FAST TRACK CRM will improve Cashmio communication and 'in turn improves conversion rates'

The FAST TRACK CRM tool will “improve communication” with Cashmio Casino players, “which in turn improves conversion rates”, a FAST TRACK spokesperson today told Affiverse.
The comment was made as FAST TRACK partnered with Cashmio to provide the popular online casino operator with the cutting-edge customer relationship management tool.
This is the first agreement in which FAST TRACK has licensed out its high-grade CRM software, which forms part of the management and technology services it provides to the likes of Metal Casino, Ikibu and Casino Calzone.
FAST TRACK CRM provides casino operators with the ability to manage, automate and analyse all aspects of the player journey in one place and all in real time.The tool has been built for driving efficiency, with the aim of ‘giving users the ability to focus on what really matters to them’.
“When searching for a CRM solution, we struggled to find the right product that matched our requirements as a brand,” explained Cashmio CEO Maria Boelius.  
“But after speaking with the team at FAST TRACK, it was clear the FAST TRACK CRM was the tool for us to achieve our objectives.”
