Catena Media continues US growth with i15Media deal

Catena Media has strengthened its foothold in the US market by signing a deal with new investment company i15Media.

Through this deal, Catena Media will be able to provide i15Media with various affiliation activities. These include companies and assets that the investment company may acquire.

Should i15Media opt to divest from one of these, Catena will also hold the first right of refusal.

Building on a strong existing relationship

i15Media is run by Chris Grove and Kendall Saville, two American entrepreneurs who are well-known within iGaming. Prior to this latest deal, Catena Media had already on-boarded numerous assets from these two in New Jersey and Nevada.

Per Hellberg, Chief Executive of Catena Media, said: “I’m pleased to secure the sellers valuable knowledge and network in the important US market through this extended partnership.”

He continued: “We are pleased with this amended agreement and happy to successfully have taken over, and integrated the US assets in order to continue our fast-pace journey of growth in the US market.”

Meanwhile, i15Media Founder Chris Grove said: “We now enter a new phase in our journey as entrepreneurs and look forward to do so with rapid growth and strong relationships with Catena Media.”

Continued expansion

The new deal with i15Media is Catena’s latest step in building their global presence. Three months ago, the affiliate expended its AskGamblers website into three new markets. These were Spain, Japan and Portugal.

Its AskGamblers asset had won Best Casino Website at the 2019 iGB Awards, for the sixth time overall.
