Better Collective outlines Nordic expansion plans

Industry publisher Better Collective has outlined its intention to strengthen its position within the highly regarded Nordic betting market revealing that it has acquired the assets of Finnish affiliate, Premium Administration OU (PAOU).

Better Collective has revealed that a ‘seven-figure’ deal has been agreed to expand its coverage within Finland, which currently services its smallest presence for Nordic market activities.

Better Collective’s industry network portfolio will be expanded with several PAOU websites including high coverage casino review portal and kasinosankarit.com and sports domain vastaveto.com.

Confirming Better Collective’s Finnish expansion Michal Kopec, Head of M&A detailed: “We would like to thank the sellers for a transparent and fair process, we are very excited about carrying forward the magnificent job they have been doing.

“This is a perfect opportunity for us to continue growing across Europe, and the Finnish market has long been on our radar.”

Copenhagen-based Better Collective will now move to optimise PAOU’s affiliate inventory, adding new user engagement tools and further combining its operational dynamics for the Finnish assets.

Backing Better Collective’s latest expansion Jesper Søgaard, CEO & Co-Founder added: “After eight successful acquisitions in 2017, Premium Administration OU marks our first acquisition of 2018. This is a prime example of how we are using our long-term M&A strategy to help us to further strengthen our position on the top of the iGaming European affiliate market.

“Thanks to Premium OU’s presence in Finland, Better Collective is able to further establish and grow our strength in the Nordic region.”
