AmericanGambler.com awarded Colorado licence

Affiliate site AmericanGambler.com has been given permission to expand into Colorado’s online gaming market.

The licence means that the website will move into its third US state in less than six months.

Colorado launched its online sports betting market on Friday, 1st May.

“Excited”

AmericanGambler.com Founder Alexander Kostin shared his delight at moving into another corner of the country. His words were as follows.

“We are very excited to be launching our latest US offering to Colorado’s passionate sports fans, where we offer a plethora of sports betting content to bettors as they get ready to place their bets.”

“Our core aim is to guide players through a safe environment and provide information needed to navigate the betting landscape in the safest possible way, something we’re very proud of doing in a number of rapidly-growing state markets already.”

Swift growth

AmericanGambler.com was founded towards the end of 2019. In addition to Colorado, it is also present in both New Jersey and Indiana.

In its press release, the affiliate says that its vision is “to transform how the affiliate sector creates, captures and converts traffic into profitable returning customers, with a player-centric and brand-driven approach”.

Sports betting in Colorado

After the state’s public voted in favour of legalising the vertical last November, Colorado’s online sports betting market went live last week. The land-based version will have to wait for now, though, since casinos are shut for the time being.

AmericanGambler.com predicts that the Centennial State “will become one of the most open markets in the US”.

It also “predicts the average bet placed will be approx $350, similar to NJ, with the upcoming UFC 249 adding some much needed excitement to the COVID-19 sports drought.”

Sports bettors may also get another boost in the near future, with NASCAR planning a 17th May return behind closed doors. Last month, the New Hampshire Lottery integrated its virtual product into its offerings.
