Digital performance marketing provider XLMedia has announced the appointment of Shaun O’Neill as the firm’s new Head of Sales with immediate effect. O’Neill will be responsible for the development and growth of XLMedia’s gambling activities.
Joining from Kindred Group, where he acted as the company’s Head of Affiliate Marketing, O’Neill also previously worked at iGame Ltd (Head of Affiliate Marketing), one of the leading online gaming companies in Scandinavia, hosting such websites as iGame.com and Casinohuone. He held similar positions at Nordic Gaming Group, Playsafe Holdings and GX Magazine.

Providing an end-of-year trading update for 2018 back in January, XLMedia confirmed that ‘trading in the second half of 2018 continued to strengthen with the Group proactively focusing on higher margin business’.
As a result of this overall margin improvement, the firm expects to reach its EBITDA expectations ‘against lower revenue base of approximately $118 million’.
