BetBright has announced a partnership with player acquisition specialist ConversionBet, with the Irish gaming operator aiming to accelerate the personalisation capabilities of its casino products.

Partnering with Middlesbrough-based ConversionBet, BetBright seeks to better understand its customer journeys, selections and engagements taking place across its casino inventory.

Customised for online gambling incumbents, ConversionBet software is developed on the ethos that ‘every click represents a different outcome’, with the technology company seeking to disrupt traditional norms and practices with regards to digital personalisation.

This deal represents a positive development for affiliates involved with the BetBright Affiliates program, as higher conversion means more affiliate earnings.

“Understanding why someone visits our site in the first place is fundamental to delivering our differentiated product in the right way, the right person,” commented Ed Fogarty, Acquisition Manager of BetBright.

“The ConversionBet platform will allow us to communicate with our visitors prior to entering our registration process making for a smooth and highly personalised acquisition journey that will not only impact our conversion figures, but also lifetime value stats.”

Supporting BetBright daily functions, ConversionBet will service the Dublin betting group with real-time conversion and insight tools, which will be integrated across BetBright’s proprietary platform optimising engagements and player experiences.

Furthermore, ConversionBet will work with BetBright to enhance the betting group’s behavioural-based modelling capacities – seeking to treat each customer as an individual rather than a data segment.

“When operators like BetBright choose ConversionBet it demonstrates a shared mission to put an end to meaningless experiences,” added Dan Morrison, Founder & CEO of ConversionBet.“We’re now in a partnership to help BetBright continue to be customer-centric and be one of the most innovative operators in the gaming market.”
